Fibre and Dye Testing
This is essential to analyse the fibres to ensure the most appropriate cleaning method. If for example, the fibres have deteriorated so far as to make the rug too fragile for cleaning; this test will conclude that the rug CANNOT be processed.
pH Testing
The pH levels within the fibres of a rug if abnormal (de to staining for example) can affect its longevity. Different fibres have different pH levels, therefore it is important that this is not altered during the cleaning. pH testing the fibres of a rug cxan determine the method and solution used for cleaning.
Grit and Dust Extraction
Accumulated grit and dust are major causes of reduced carpet life. The machine will carefully pick out the dirt particles as it runs its course through the mechanism.
Treatment of Soiling
Once the stains have been identified; specific checmicals will be used to treat the appropriate stains. Tough stains such as animal/human urine/feces/bile, red wine, coffee and water damage may not always come out BUT your rugs will ALWAYS be sanitized. if there is a HIGH LEVEL of MOLD we will NOT accept your rug on our premises.
Repair services include, but are not limited to:
- Repairt of fringes and side-cords where frayong.
- Flattening of out-of-shape and creased rugs.
- Matching of fibre, colour and textures to create and invisible repair.
- Re-weaving damage caused by wear, animals, insects and fire amongst other causes.
- Repairing splits and tears.

Please allow a time extension for the Rug Service as it is CRUCIAL that rugs are dried at a controlled speed and temperature to prevent long-term damage.
